UPDATE: Applicant has applied for a 1 year extension of Design Review approval. This extension request will be at the January 16, 2024 meeting.

The Town of Pagosa Springs is processing an application to vacate or amend the Planned Development agreement and Planned Development overlay zoning for the 3.16 acre parcel located along south side of Aspen Village Drive, east of Timberline Drive, with the parcel number 569921133012.

The Town of Pagosa Springs is also processing an application for SKETCH Major Design Review for the same parcel for 60-70 multifamily residential housing units.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing/meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 5:30 pm to consider a recommendation to Town Council on the vacation or amendment of the Planned Development Agreement and Planned Development overlay zoning.

The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 5:30 pm to consider the SKETCH Major Design Review Application.

The Town Council will then consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation on the Planned Development vacation or amendment at their first meeting on August 18, 2022, at 5 pm and again on September 6, 2022, at 5 pm.

Public Hearings and Meetings will be conducted at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform.
