The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for Final Major Design Review for the Pagosa Auto Rents Parking located at 103 Majestic Drive. The applicant is proposing the development of a parking lot to support an auto rental business. The applicant has also submitted a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application, as the Land Use Development Code requires a CUP in the Mixed-Use Corridor District for this use.
This item was originally scheduled for review at the Planning Commission meeting on September 9, 2025, but has been rescheduled to the September 23, 2025 meeting.
The Design Review Board and Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 5:30 pm to consider the Final Major Design Review and Conditional Use Permit Applications, in person at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. Public comment will be taken in person and over Zoom.
