The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for a Sketch Major Design Review for the Archuleta County Courthouse, located at 449 San Juan Street.
This applicant is proposing the restoration and enhancements to the exterior of the building and improvements to the associated parking lot to the west of the building. The applicant is requesting Final Major Design Review approval for the proposed parking lot improvements and Sketch Major Design Review approval for the associated building.
The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 5:30 pm to consider the Sketch and Final Major Design Review application.
Public Hearings and Meetings will be conducted at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. Written comments received 7 days prior to the meeting or public hearing will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for their consideration. Public comments will be accepted at the public hearing.
