Tentative Town Council 1st Reading
Following a recommendation by Planning Commission, the updated LUDC will be presented in a public meeting for Town Council's consideration. The adoption will entail a first reading and second reading of an ordinance, tentatively planned for10/3/2023 for 1st reading and 10/19/2023 or 11/7/2023 for 2nd reading and adoption.
Planning Commission Public Hearing for Recommendation
Anticipated Presentation to Planning Commission to discuss and consider a recommendation to Town Council on September 12, 2023.
Presentations and Draft Code for Public Review
Open House for the Public as well as Planning Commission and Town Council Work Sessions #5 completed by end of November.
The Draft Code will be available for public review.
Joint Town Council and Planning Commission Work Session
Staff received direction on overhauling the sign code, residential and subdivision standards, the new Put Hill and East End Overlays, and sustainability standards.

With the results of Survey #2, host the second Open House to follow up on Open House #1 and incorporate Planning Commission, Town Council and Public feedback gathered since Open House #1.

COMPLETED: Public Survey #1
This is your first opportunity to learn about the LUDC update and to provide your input and feedback on some of the general topics of the LUDC.
Survey 1 will remain open online through approximately March 1, 2021.
COMPLETED: Public Open House #1
Town will seek public engagement throughout this process and will host an in-person and virtual Open House for public to look at the draft documents, ask questions, and provide feedback.
The Open House will take place in person at the Community Center, 451 Hot Springs Blvd. from 3-7 p.m. and online through MyPagosa.org
