The Town of Pagosa Springs has received a Notice of Appeal from the Mountain Vista Townhome Association regarding the Planning Commission’s determination at the April 14, 2026 Appeal Hearing, Affirming the Town’s Development Director’s interpretation of the Town’s Land Use Development Code (LUDC) Section 2.4.3. Subdivision, regarding approval of a Plat Amendment for minor subdivision of a parcel addressed as 505B County Road 600 and a Boundary Line Adjustment for a parcel addressed as 144 Wildwood Drive.
The Town Council will consider the Notice of Appeal at a Appeal Hearing during their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 5:00pm in Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd.

Please Note: Meetings are conducted in person at Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and broadcast online via Zoom, which can be accessed from a computer or phone with internet access, however, the Town does not and cannot guarantee internet service or online broadcasting. Remote attendance is at the risk of the attendee as public meetings will continue in person regardless of the Town's broadcast capability. The virtual meeting link is provided in the Town Council agenda found on the Town’s website, as noted above.
Pursuant to Land Use Development Code section 2.4.14, the Appeal Hearing provides the Appeal Applicant (Appellant) and the Director with an opportunity to present information for the Town Council’s consideration regarding the Planning Commission’s affirmation of the Director’s interpretation of the Land Use Development Code.
Please Note: The Appeal Hearing is open to the public, however, Appeal Hearings do not provide an opportunity for public comment, Rather, LUDC Section 2.4.14.G.6.e allows the Planning Commission to ask questions of Town Staff, the Appellant, and any parties of interest as defined in LUDC Section and 2.4.14.B.6.c.
