The Town of Pagosa Springs has received a design standard variance application for the property located at 1868B Majestic Drive. The applicant is proposing to install a steel storage building and is requesting a variance from the Town’s design standards to exceed the maximum allowable 35% metal façade requirement.
The Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 5:30 pm to consider the Variance Application, in person at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. Public comment will be taken in person and over Zoom.
